We can also design furniture specially for you. Sometimes, you just can’t find exactly what you are looking for. School Cloakroom Furniture

The range of cloakroom furniture available from Foundation Furniture is growing all the time. We offer a range of units that are mobile or static. There are a number of designs to choose from to suit most needs.

Tambour Door Cloakroom Furniture

We have seen a sharp increase in the number of inquiries regarding solutions to storing coats in corridors.

The problem is usually highlighted by the local fire officer during an inspection. Coats that are hung on open peg rails in corridors provide an increased risk of the transfer of fire. By storing coats in one of our enclosed tambour door cloakroom units, the transfer of fire is greatly reduced.

The school benefits from this safety measure and makes the corridor look remarkably tidier.

As storage space is at a premium in all schools, we also manufacture a range of units that go on top of the tambour door base units. These can be for general storage or designed to house 35 litre Really Useful Boxes. They can be open or have tambour doors too.
